The male genital organ is divided into three chambers. The two divisions are known as Corpus Cavernosum and one is known as Corpus Spongiosum having two big chambers on the upper side. These chambers constitute erectile tissues of corpus Cavernosum that helps in penile upliftment. Corpus spongiosum helps in ejaculation and urination.
