RETURN POLICY
HASHMI INTERNATIONAL offers you a large range of high-quality products which should meet all your requirements. Unfortunately, nothing could be ideal. That’s why we have overseen the cases when somebody wishes to return or refund our products. Here are some conditions that you should take into consideration if you want everything to be all right:
You can return the product you are not satisfied with within 15 days since you’ve placed the order.
It should be in original packing and imply all the necessary details and accessories
Taking the decision to return the good, please, let us find out about it in advance, because orders on return are received within 10 days since you have received the order. You should also indicate whether you want to return or exchange certain product.
You’d also better write a breath explanation why you consider the item doesn’t fit you. Please, indicate if you find any flaw, defect or any other problem.
Medicine which are in opened packing or used medicine are not accepted.
In cases of return, we are not responsible for new shipping charges
Refund Policy
We’d like to notify that if you want a refund that you’ll get this minus costs of shipping and handling. Customer also have to cover 15% of restocking fee when he/she wants money back. For carrying out the procedure of getting a refund you should follow the same rules as for product’s exchange (it should be in its original package, it shouldn’t be used, it should include all the accessories, etc).In cases when you decide to cancel your order we have to charge you 5$ for goods which cost under 100$ and 8$ for orders over 100$). This money should cover our expenses for credit card transactions only. But if you decide doing this because your device is back order, you won’t be charged.
