Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 2PM CST, paid with credit card without complication and except Sunday. Exceptions to this policy are expensive consumer items, items that are specifically designated as "Normally shipped in 5 -7 business days" in the item descriptions and drop shipped items.
Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.
When the order is shipped, the complete shipping details of the order along with the airway bill of the courier service is also sent to you via email. You can also track the status of you order directly through email.

All lost or damaged freight claims must be settled by us with carrier before we can issue refunds or reshipment to our customers. No worries though, we will take care of you.
